"With this equipment, the customer's cutting rate of lenses has reached 99 percent from around 80 percent in one fell swop, and it can also achieve 24 hours of uninterrupted operation, greatly increasing production and sales." Fu cheng is proud of this achievement, but he is more happy that the high precision and professional products brought by the automatic and intelligent production also laid a foundation for customers to get more "heavyweight" orders.
 
Cutting machine is just one of the many r&d achievements of Chengda. In 2017, the development of Chengda officially into the outbreak period, multi-line equipment research and development also rolled out.
 
In chengda's factory, there are also inking machines that automatically absorb lenses with mechanical arms and place them on inking shafts, MTF detection machines for optical lenses such as mobile phones, vehicles and security, and even intelligent sorting and storage systems produced by supporting factories. It is understood that AOI testing equipment was established and developed by Chengda last year. According to the physical structure of products, the equipment takes photos of products from multiple angles and uses deep learning algorithm to detect defects of products. Deep convolutional neural network was used to extract the higher-level features of defects. At the same time, deep learning was used for regression calculation of defect size to reduce the influence of external environment on defect size extraction.
 
"There is a wide range of applications for this technology, and it is currently required in many industries. We expect this machine to be a new growth point for our company in recent years." Fu cheng said.
